A GYN Procedure: Where they go in , under sedation usually, through the uterus and take out growths of muscle tissue of the uterus that should not be there and usually are responsible for pain and bleeding (fibroids). It is the alternative method of reaching them to a surgical approach through the abdomen by some means.Hysteroscopic means they are going up through the inside of the uterus.
