It may be normal: The color and consistency of stools vary tremendously depending on the foods consumed in a young child. If your son is behaving normally, has been active, and eating well, and there is no blood in the stools, i would simply watch for a time being. Too many loose stools would cause dehydration. If he is urinating well, then he is not dehydrated. Having a poop 30 min apart once does not concern me.
