My son has woken up with headaches for last 3 days. he vomited once last night but has been eating since. what's wrong?

Does he have fever: I would like to know whether he has fever or not . If there is fever , i would advise you to take him to his pediatrician as soon as possible . If no fever and if he is eating . Give him baby tylenol (acetaminophen) and watch him closely . If the head ache and vomiting continue , please see his pediatrician.

See doctor: Given his age and these symptoms, he should be seen by his doctor. Common things being common, it could be an infection of some sort. There are many other possibilities that require a detailed history and physical exam. I hope he feels better soon.
