Depression & Meds: Both paroxetine or Pregabalin (lyrica) could affect your husband's short term memory. However, depression may also affect his cognition. Either way, his doctor should consider conducting a neuropsychological evaluation to assess his cognitive baseline and then follow-up in a few months for comparison. In general, paroxetine and Pregabalin don't have significant interactions at regular doses.
