Hookworm: Roundwoum are nematode class helminth: (1)ascaris lumbricoides: like white earthworm, little firmer. (2) pinworm/ threadworm: 3-4 mm, thin; (3)hookworm: has hooks to bite, little bigger than pinworm. (4) whipworm, etc. #1, #3 pass with stool alive, moving; #2, #4 come on anal skin at nite, itches. They are food and water borne, seen more in tropical countries. Cause malnutrition, anemia, allergy.
