See a dentist: You may have cavities in your teeth. When was your last dental check up? These problems need to be resolved by a local dentist who can examine you.

Possible Recession: If the pain is along the gums of the teeth you may have some gum recession which has exposed your roots. Try using sensodyne toothpaste that may help with the sensitivity. If it gets worse or the pain lingers after the water is gone go see your dentist.
