Female Anatomy: Females do not get six packs. But, to change your body muscle and fat composition one should be eating low calories, high protein and very low carbohydrate diet. One should also include some exercise to build up the muscle mass as well.

Change your diet: To achieve the level of muscular definition of a "6 pack"you would need to shift your total body fat composition down to around 5%.This is done more through dietary choices than through a workout, but both are required in the long run.Since the average adult females weight includes about 20%(+/-) fat, that would require you to drop 20 lb or so of only fat.Low carb/low fat dieting is how pros do it.
