Normalize vagina: Chronic BV infections mostly occur when the normal bacteria that live in the vagina aren't there, so nothing stops the BV bacteria from causing an infection. A BV infection often causes the feeling of dry vagina. To help get the vagina more normal try yeast arrest everyday for 4-6 wks. Also the lubricant replens seems to help. Avoid douching which increases bv.
