You obviously don't have abnormal vaginal dryness as you get appropriate vaginal lubrication when aroused. Because of this I don't think you should be worried about not having daily normal vaginal secretions as long as you don't have any current vaginal infections. A gynecologist can evaluate and advise you if you still have concerns.
