No butts about it!!: You gotta rash there? Any blisters? That burning could be Herpes. Don't freak! Just have it looked-at. It has a pretty typical look: lotta redness and small blisters. Could get really irritated and may get infected with something else, so get an in-person exam. And feels like an attack of hornets if i Also, have a good think about what you might have been doing lately--stress?intimate contact(s)?

Vagina pain: Okay Janet, you have vulvovaginitis and we don't know why. If it's not yeast or bacteria it could be viral, like herpes. If you haven't seen an Ob/Gyn then I would see one, they see more vaginal infections than most doctors and might recognize your problem. They can also do a PAP and other tests to see what is causing your pain. Good luck.
