Check vison: If your vision out of each eye is good and their is not pain or head ache, it is probably a case of uneven eyelids.

What do you mean?: If one eye seems smaller than the other, it is because one of your eyelids is drooping and not opening as quickly as the other. If you mean they are looking in opposite directions, you need to be evaluated.
