Can't really tell: Wlithout a picture , however if the entire sole is parallel to the ground it doesn't matter how high it is.

Interesting sneaker: If the platform is flat and there is no lift on the heel of the orthotic, then the heel should not be high.

Sneaker: Well , the sole is usually above the ground in any shoe. However , if you mean it functions like a lift , then there is a possibility of it being too high. See your podiatrist and get this situation evaluated.
