Consider: Meds that may help include gabapentin, lyrica, cymbalta, and savella (milnacipran). All have high chance of helping most if not all of your symptoms.

Fibromyalgia: Multiple treatments for fibromyalgia including medications and low grade aerobic and resistance exercises. Medications used include tramadol, flexural, cymbalta, lyrica, (pregabalin) sevella, amitriptyline, to name a few. Should discuss with your physician that placed you are nortriptyline and Methocarbamol and ask about alternative strategies.

Seek expert advice: Nortryptyline if given in low dosage at bedtime only may help the sleep disorder Methocarbamol has little effect see a pmr or rheumatology specialist there are more choices for treatment.
