Your boss is a hello: fibromyalgia is a very real and very complicated condition. It is due to over activity of peripheral nerves that are involved in sensation. Most people with fibromyalgia having a neuropathy. Whether or not a conservative drug like robaxin (methocarbamol) helps, depends on specifically what type of process or what type of neuropathy is causing your fibromialgia. It is worth a try.
