She needs to be seen: Toxic synovitis can be one thing that does it. Being out of alignment can be another. Sore muscles form new and exaggerated activity. It is unusual for children to limp ...And yo have an "irritable hip." i would have her seen. Chances are it is nothing "bad" and it is worth having her seen.
