Cymbalta (duloxetine): The antidepressant medicine Cymbalta (duloxetine) is approved by fda for fibromyalgia , joint pain , back pain neuropathic pain . If you have concomitant depression or anxiety , it is a great medicine too.

Fibromyalgia: I have several patients with fibromyalgia who feel they benefit significantly from the ssri cymbalta (duloxetine). Ask your doctor about this possibility. Also support groups for your difficult help educate about the illness and you can gain support as well. My bes.
