There are many: The treatment reallly depends on the source of your pain, as there are many etiologies for joint pain. If your pain is secondary to some element of carilage wear, ie chondromalacia then i would recommend the following: bmi < 28, glucosamine sulfate and msm 1500 mg per day, omega 3 fatty acids 1000 mg per day, low impact exercise on a regular basis and good hydration. Lastly, avoid processed food.
