I had two large pills get stuck in the roof of my mouth(suctioned) i think. not in my throat. but the roof of my mouth. now i have a headache, lots of sinus pressure, sore mouth. is that normal and how long should it last?

I do not know which two pills you tried to swallow which got stuck in the palate .May be the pills have caused irritation in the pallet tissues which is causing all symptoms. Avoid eating spicy ,crunchy, Very hot food . Continue rinsing your mouth with Luke warm salt water for sore throat.You should gradually get better in few days to a week other wise see an ENT doctor .
