Could be a few thing: Headaches, neck pain, and ear aches can be due to dental and non-dental issues. Dentally speaking, there could be a cavity in or infection associated with a molar tooth. These aches refer pain toward the ear and head. You may also be suffering from TMJ disorder. This commonly refers pain to the ear and can generate headaches, and some tooth pain. Could also be an earache or sinus infection.

Probably bad tooth: If pressure on the tooth hurts & then radiates to your ear &. Neck, there is a good chance you have a tooth that has a cavity or an abscess. You need to see your dentist very soon.
