Since at least the end of june my spleen is still enlarged it was 14cm and i just had another u/s that measured it at 14 too. why would it still b big?

Splenomegaly: I would not be concerned about spleen measuring 14 cm which is minimally enlarged without any worsening and no other symptoms. It's hard to explain why it measures so on the ultrasound without further history and physical exam. If that's the only abnormality, i would recommend no further action.
