HYPERCOAGULABLE STAT: There is a disease called hypercoagulable state. more common in Mediterranean peolple or carriers of genes from that part of the world. i recommend checking anti cardiolipin antibodies, factor V leidin, protein c, protein s etc. ... people with this disease are at very high risk of clots in veins and arteries specially after surgery, pregnancy or if they take birth control pills.ask ur doc for it.
