Several things +-: One simple solution would obviously be to try some decaf....Problem solved. You do get a touch of caffeine even in decaf. There are some good half-calf options out there as well that would be a decent meet in the middle. Monitor your pressure from there. If not improved there are plenty of options to adjust in terms of BP meds.
