Is there a med that works better than losartan with coffee? without coffee it's 118/62 but up to 140/70 with coffee.

Caffeine: In some people, blood pressure is very sensitive to caffeine. This is not related to the losartan, but will likely occur with any antihypertensive medication. Consider decaffeinating.
