Possible: Very possible to have mycoplasma, walking pneumonia, which is community acquired pneumonia in your daughter's age bracket. It is easy to do blood test for this diagnosis. Chest radiograph usually shows interstitial lung disease at both lung bases, sometimes associated with small amounts of pleural fluid. Should consult your doctor or pulmonologist.
