Time: Generally speaking the redness will resolve with time. Ipl or red light therapy may help but have mixed results.

Wait: Sortet is also known as isotretinoin, or Accutane. This does not cause the redness you have. The redness is a form of pigment left in your skin after acne. It will fade, but it takes time. I know it's hard to wait, but the redness will gradually get better.
