If you feel suicidal: Even a bit, you should reach out and get help from a therapist. You do not have to wait until you feel worse, speaking with someone will help you uncover why you feel so bad and help you find ways to overcome whatever challenges are bringing you down. You may need medication or psychotherapy may be enough. Get some help and let us know how it goes, your experience may help someone else.

Please get help.: You can call the National suicide hotlines 24/7 at 1-800-suicide (1-800-784-2433) or 1-800-273 – talk (1-800-273-8255) for support. If thoughts intensify get seen at the nearest emergency room. Have a friend or relative drive you or call 911 for emergency services for transport. Please see your doctor - as you may need work up to rule out depression or other conditions. Consider psychotherapy.
