What's the difference between the two chronic leukemias?

Many differences: There are two chronic leukemias: chronic myelogenous leukemia( or cml) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia( or cll). These are two different diseases altogether and require different types of drugs for their treatments and the results are vastly different. Your doctor can explain it further.
