Please Clarify: Wow. First it sounds like she should not be drinking until the source of the pain is discovered. Now the doctor in me wants more specifics. Where is the pain? How long does it last? Does she have any other conditions? Is she on medications? Can she stop drinking if needed for this evaluation?
