Well sometimes gallbladder disease or gallstones can cause referred pain in the right shoulder. The gall bladder can be large or inflamed. The alcohol could be aggravating it. Or there could be gall stone stuck in a bile duct and while digesting some of the fats from the alcohol it could be causing the pain. See your physician for appropriate diagnosis, tests and physical exam. Get it checked.
