Not sure: This doesn't sound like herpes, but could be a reaction to something in beer. A dermatologist may be needed to diagnose this.

Sensitivity to beer: Since u say it happens every time u drink beer, i would say that precludes it being a coincidence. I can't say for sure what ingredient in the beer is the offending agent, but clearly u r sensitive to something in beer. And "sensitive" u can read as "sort of allergic". It could be wheat, could be any number of things. Try switching brands. Try a diff't liquor, like spirits, to see if same thing ha.
