Probably Axis I: I think that would be axis i for dsm-iv-tr although now we are in dsm-v and it is officially nonaxial. Like many changes, there is a mixture of good and bad although it will be a little longer time that the dsm-iv-tr will be still be used as people continue to learn the nuances of dsm-v.
