Nothing you cant eat: When you have dm you must focus on healthy lifestyle and limit the amount of carbohydrates (pasta, potatoes bread rice grits , etc) you eat. But you don't have to avoid them all together. I recommend women do 30-45grams per meal and men 45-60grams per meal. Dietary lifestyles high in protein and low in fat are also healthy.
