Eat well: The best foods are those that have a low glycemic index, that is that the sugar contained in the foods are released into the bloodstream slowly. For starches, this means whole foods (such as brown rice, whole wheat, etc) rather than processed. Fruits and vegetables are also good, although some fruits are better than others. Fish and other low fat proteins are also good.
