Is it bad if you don't take the medicine if you are a type 2 diabetic?

It's not good: Your sugar will go up, you'll feel poorly, do damage to your body, develop complications you could have avoided, and die earlier than you needed to. Do you consider that to be "bad". Take your medication, and lose weight as well.
