See a sleep doctor: You need to see a sleep specialist so he/she can take a more thorough intake history to try and better figure out what may be going on. One thing to make sure he is doing is getting enough sleep. At least 7-9 hours of sleep per night. Chronic sleep deprivation is a common trigger for these night-time parasomnias. Good luck!
