Theoretically yes: Anxiety can exacerbate any physical condition however, it is an unusual symptom. I would certainly check with a physician to see whether there is a physical problem which needs to be treated before blaming it on anxiety. Get it checked out and let us know what you find out.

Possibly: Lump in throat and difficulty swallowing can occur with anxiety. Insure that it is not due to a medical condition.
