Swallowing: Not being able to swallow pills is usually psychological, when you eat a sandwich the bolus you swallow is much larger than the usual pill. I suggest starting with something very small like a mini m&m. Put it in your mouth and drink a large amount of water. Once you can do the minis, graduate to regular m&ms or skittles. The next size is good and plenty. That is the size of most medications.
