Can a person choke on a dental night guard?

Usually no : Mouth guards are usually made too large to be aspirated. If you have a small device that you think might be able to result in choking, see the practioner who constructed the guard.

Highly unlikely....: To choke on a night guard as it is fairly large and fits snuggly on your teeth when fabricated properly. But i guess anything is possible but very slim to remote chance of it happening.
