Radiculopathy: Sounds like you are suffering from pain that originates from the nerves in your neck. The muscles around your shoulder blade, shoulder and arm are innervated by the 5th, 6th, 7th cervical nerves. The 8th cervical nerve can also give similar symptoms. Treatment is usually related to treatment of you neck and/or shoulder. Would recommend starting with you pcp or spine specialist or physiatrist.
