Hypodontia: You may have hypodontia (a condition where you're missing up to 5 permanent teeth, excluding wisdom teeth). With wisdom teeth, we have 32 teeth. Without wisdom teeth, we have 28 teeth. Some have additional healthy permanent teeth removed for purposes of orthodontics.

Yes: The normal number of teeth including wisdom teeth is 32. Most people do not keep or have their wisdom teeth so 28 is the normal number. Some people do not develop all of their teeth or have some pulled for orthodontic reasons. At least in this regards, you are normal.
