What can i do if my boyfriend has a pain in his testicle should i be worried?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Get it checked: Pain in the testis which is persistent needs to be evaluated by your doctor or a urologist. You need a physical exam including palpation and if indicated ultrasound and/or blood and urine test to rule out inflammation, infection, tumor and torsion etc.
