Maybe a hernia: It could be a hernia, where the abdominal contents travel through a natural hole on the abdominal wall. This is usually associated with a lump that gets bigger with coughing. The lump is higher in the groin. Could also be related to enlarged testicular veins, known as a varicocele. If it's that bad, see a primary care provider for a more complete evaluation.
