My boyfriend has a question everytime he coughs his testicles hurt ? what could that mean

Get evaluated.: Testicular pain is never normal. This could be something benign, but could represent something severe such as a hernia, testicular torsion, or cancer. I would advise he get evaluated as soon as possible.

Could be: A hernia or the beginning of one. Should see a surgeon.
