Lots of things: Are "normal" and i wouldn't get wrapped around one definition of "normal" and obsess over it. Arousal is complex, sometimes feeling strong emotions when your hormones are flowing can make arousal happen. It's a funny thing. I would reassure you that unless you are acting on that arousal inappropriately, it's all good...
