You know answer: Yes. If you are 'really' lucky, it may be an odd allergic reaction...Unlikely. You need evaluated by your dr / urgent care or 'std clinic' dr or a urologist for proper diagnosis, testing and treatment. As a reminder for the future, condoms work for oral sex also. Good luck!
