Relax: Dry mouth can be a serious problem. Drink water. Biotene has a line of products specially made for this problem, they have a mouthrinse, gels, toothpaste. Avoid mouthwashes with alcohol. Chewing gum can stimualte saliva, make sure it is sugarless or xylitol gum. Decay is a problem with dry mouth so talk toyour dentist about using prevident tooothpaste or mi paste to prevent decay.
