A member asked:

I have a 'heavier' heartbeat during sports activities than normal. help pls?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Go see your doctor: While it is normal for your heartbeat to become faster and contract more forcefully in order to deliver more blood supply, oxygen, etc throughout your body - that being said, whenever anyone relays the symptoms of 'heavy' or 'fluttering' or 'skipping' or 'shortness of breath' out of proportion to their level of fitness - then it is time to have a md examine you, and possibly obtain an ekg, etc...
