A member asked:

How would doctors recommend i treat ongoing leg cramps?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Source: You need to find the source. In a 39-year-old, especially female, i would think venous disease. If you have a strong family hiostory, smoke, high cholesterol, etc it could be arterial disease. Otherwise, it could be an electrolyte imbalance. See your doctor and a vascular specialist.
