Feels the same: It is very common to feel cramping at the time of implantation which many women confuse with the start of their menstrual cycle. The concern here is without a lot more information it is possible that your pregnancy is ectopic or not in the right place and that can be a dangerous situation. It is best to make sure the pregnancy is in the uterus by ultrasound when there is any doubt. See a doctor.
