Fiber: Our body cannot digest fiber, which is found in fruits, veggies & grains. If the food was not chewed up enough, it is possible to see pieces of veggies in stool. Fiber is very important for keeping your digestive system healthy but be sure that food with fiber are chewed enough to release other nutrients that we can absorb & to prevent choking.
